US Lacrosse Membership - US Lacrosse membership is mandatory to participate in the winter clinics, travel teams and the Jr. Rams programs. Please check your US Lacrosse membership status before you start the Ramsey Lacrosse registration process. To renew your membership or join for the first time please go directly to USA Lacrosse.
GIRLS WINTER TRAINING
Two Sections: Grades 3rd-5th & Grades 6th-8th (see details below)
If new to the RJLA Program you must have a valid US Lacrosse Membership
Full Equipment is necessary; Stick, Goggles & Colored Mouthpiece (Any Equipment needs can be addresses at Universal Lacrosse)
Mission: Fundamental Skills & Small Sided Play. Develop individual skills and a competitive attitude.
Dates:
- Grade 3rd-5th:
- January 4th, 18th
- February 1st, 15th, 29th
- Grade 6th-8th:
- January 11th, 25th
- February 8th, 22nd
- March 7th
Time: Thursdays 4-5pm (see specific dates above for your grade)
Location: ETA NJ Sports Facility - 1 Tice Rd, Franklin Lakes, NJ 07417
Coaches: RHS Girls Varsity Coach, Kelsey Rehain & Staff
Cost: $125 Registration Fee covers 5 total sessions
- Specifically tailored to your child's ability and needs; multiple coaches and stations.
BOYS WINTER TRAINING

Mission: 6's Competitive Play & Position Specific Skill Sessions. Focused on developing individual skills and a competitive attitude.
