The Ramsey Lacrosse Association mission is to promote the growth of lacrosse in Ramsey and to provide the best possible experience for all participants by encouraging, developing, advancing and administering the sport.  The Association designed this program as a recreational activity to  give ALL players an opportunity to experience lacrosse in a positive and competitive environment.  The emphasis is not on winning, but rather on playing. And “playing” by definition means having FUN!

Enjoyment and recreational benefits are the major focus of the program. Sportsmanship, teamwork and discipline, as well as mastery of fundamental skills are emphasized at all levels.  These traits will hopefully lead to the development of a lifelong interest in lacrosse.

Because of the varying skill and experience levels, instruction is very important.  An emphasis is put on instruction in an effort to provide each player the benefit of the collective experience of all our volunteers in low key, positive ways.
