BOYS FALL TRAINING
Grades 3rd-8th & 9th-12th in the 2023-2024 school year
Full Equipment is necessary; Stick, Helmet, Shoulder Pads, Arm Pads, Gloves, Protective Support Cup, Colored Mouthpiece (Any Equipment needs can be addresses at Universal Lacrosse)
Mission: Position specific training pods & small sided play. Develop individual skills and a competitive attitude.
Dates: October 4th, 11th, 18th November 1st, 15th, 29th
Times:
- Youth Rising 3rd-8th Grade Boys 6:30-7:30pm
- High School Rising 9th-12th Grade Boys 7-8:30PM
Location: Ramsey High School Creamer Field
Coaches: RHS Lacrosse staff, Dale Weingarten, College Players, Alumni and former collegiate players.
Cost: $120 Registration Fee / Register Early to reserve your spot!!
- Specifically tailored to your child's ability and needs; multiple coaches and stations.
GIRLS LACROSSE CAMP
Grades 3rd -8th in the 2023-2024 school year
Mission: To provide a safe and fun lacrosse experience where players can learn, compete, and enjoy the game of lacrosse with friends and experienced coaches and players.

Location: TBD
Coaches: Ramsey HS Staff, College Players and High School Athletes.
Cost: Early Bird Discount $175 / $200 after June 20th
What should I bring? Come equipped with a **fitted / molded*** mouth guard, goggles, lacrosse stick, sneakers, cleats, water and LOTS of energy!!! It is best to label all your belongings.
