US Lacrosse Membership - US Lacrosse membership is mandatory to participate in the winter clinics, travel teams and the Jr. Rams programs. Please check your US Lacrosse membership status before you start the Ramsey Lacrosse registration process. To renew your membership or join for the first time please go directly to USA Lacrosse.

GIRLS WINTER SESSION

Grades 1st-4th (see details below)

If new to the RJLA Program you must have a valid US Lacrosse Membership

Full Equipment is necessary; Stick, Goggles & Colored Mouthpiece (Any Equipment needs can be addresses at Universal Lacrosse)

Mission: Fundamental Skills & Small Sided Play. Develop individual skills and a competitive attitude.

Dates: 

• Grades 1st-4th:
  • January 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th
  • February 5th, 12nd, 26th
  • March 5th

Time: Thursdays 4-5pm (see specific dates)

Location: ETA - Elite Training Academy (1 Tice Rd Franklin Lakes, NJ)

Coaches: RHS Girls Varsity Coach, Kelsey Rehain, Staff & Alumni

Cost:   $160 for 8x sessions 

Specifically tailored to your child's ability and needs; multiple coaches and stations.

BOYS WINTER TRAINING

Full Equipment is necessary; Stick, Helmet, Shoulder Pads, Arm Pads, Gloves, Protective Support Cup, Colored Mouthpiece (Any Equipment needs can be addresses at Universal Lacrosse)

Mission: Competitive Play & Position Specific Skill Sessions. Focused on developing individual skills and a competitive attitude.

Dates: 

• Grades 1st-4th:
  • January 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th
  • February 4th, 11th, 25th
  • March 4th

Time: Wednesdays 4-5pm (see specific dates above)
